The annual production capacity of various nursing packages is 20 million packs, the annual production capacity of disposable medical masks is 500 million, and the annual production capacity of KN95 civilian masks is 50 million. The first foldable and fish-shaped surgical masks independently developed by Shengjie Medical at home and abroad have a high fit and good fit. The annual production capacity of folding medical surgical masks is 80 million, and the production capacity of fish-shaped medical surgical masks is 50 million. In 2019, Shengjie Medical invested more than 20 million yuan in mold equipment to establish an independent precision mold factory, with the leading precision mold design, analysis, manufacturing, product injection molding and machining capabilities in China, all of which meet the processing requirements of atomized products, plastic parts, silicone parts, hardware and other parts.
